What vacation destinations take into account 2 adults and two children under 3 yrs of age?

I am looking for a getaway most likely on the east coast that will be enjoyable for two adults as well as a 1 1/2 and a 2 1/2 year old girl.
The kids are young enough that a hotel pool, room service, a good playground, and maybe a wave-less beach are enough to keep them happy for a couple of days. Throw in a babysitter, and the adults can pick anywhere they want.
