Costly Las Vegas Spring Break For College Students
Students work hard during the year and once spring break hits they are dying to find some place to go where they can have some fun. Instead of heading for the beach or some other place that is the typical place to go, why not think about taking a Las Vegas spring break for college students.
Of course Vegas is famous for its gambling and along with that comes the alcohol. It seems that these two things go hand in hand. But if you are not of the legal age of 21, you should be aware that the authorities take their under age drinking and gambling laws very serious. So that means there is no sense in trying to fake them out with a fake ID. But not to worry, there are plenty of things to do and see while in Vegas that does not require gambling or drinking.
If you begin strolling down the Strip you will notice all the different themed hotels that immediately catch your eye. All of them vying for your attention and all of them worth taking a look at, even if you are not staying there. Take a stroll or gondola ride down the Venice Grand Canal. Experience ancient Egypt at another hotel. Or you can take a quick trip to Paris and enjoy the French atmosphere.
It would probably take you almost a week to be able to see all of the hotels and the different things they have to offer you for your enjoyment. Like the Mirage which is an actual island oasis found right in the middle of the desert. Equipped with waterfalls and volcano right in the lobby and you wouldn’t want to miss their mini rain forest that you can walk through. And they are also host to the ever famous white tigers of Seigfreid and Roy.
If you love variety shows, stand up comedy, singing, etc. You will not be without in Vegas. Every single hotel has some sort of show to offer the many tourists that visit on a daily basis. One of the longest running shows in Las Vegas history is the Folies Bergere.
Should you be a sports fan or someone who loves a good concert then you might want to consider visiting the grandeur of the MGM Grand that offers an array of sporting events and concerts.
If the days of chastity and gallantry is something you are really into, the Excalibur is there to give you just what you need by offering up what they call the Tournament of Kings. Which is a jousting match to enjoy while you are dinning amidst the charm of the middle ages. A must see for those really into the medieval era.
If you like pirates and all that they represented, the excitement, the adventure, you’ll find it at the Treasure Island hotel that hosts a variety of pirate antics and swashbuckling adventure. You do not even have to be visiting the hotel to enjoy the pirate scenes. They can be easily seen from where you are standing on the Strip.
The Strip has 20 major hotels lining its sidewalks, 18 of which are the largest hotels in the United States. Each one of them always trying to out do the others. So it is always interesting to see what they will come up with next. No matter what it is, they are sure to please the many tourists that come by daily.
Be warned though that a Las Vegas spring break for college students will not come cheap so it would be wise to book the cheapest flight and take advantage of the great mid-week specials that the hotels offer, or you could just consider staying in one of the less expensive hotels or motels.
