The most popular option though is a vacation rental home, whereby someone who owns a property in Mae Phim rents it out to tourists when they are not living in it themselves. Several bedrooms, private swimming pools and landscaped gardens are all commonplace.

On arrival, and having unpacked your bags, you should take a stroll around the town center. Charming and authentic, but pleasingly modern, are the words that best sum it up. All modern amenities are available there, but they come with a Thai twist rather than being bland and boring.

You can shop, eat and party in an environment that is definitely something to write home about. Having been there for a day, you will feel completely relaxed and comfortable. By the time it comes to go home, you may well be tempted to buy your own vacation home in Mae Phim!
