Fourth, it has great weather (although, sometimes it gets pretty hot in the summer time). At least you know you won’t have very many cold days.
Fifth, its real estate is extra ordinary. There are mansions on the lake, beautiful home on the ridge, and little acreages next to wineries. There’s something for everyone!
