The Melbourne Convention Centre also provides full catering service for those planning an event. The banquet room accommodates 1,500 guests and can be separated into two rooms. All produce is provided through regional and local farmers, and best quality ingredients are used. Wine is brought in from the Victorian region from small vineyards and boutiques.
