I’ve used this one for accommodation in Australia and New Zealand and they’ve been OK.
They also do flights, rental cars etc.

best sites are http://www.cheaptickets.com and http://www.hotwire.com they do not tell you when the flights are leaving and usually they depart late, but they are the cheapest deals. i booked a flight and 6 nights in a hotel in san juan puerto rico for 600 bucks per person. it was so fun. make sure after you know where youre going you do research and plan your days. you get more out of the experience. have fun

Why does everyone always think online is cheaper? I would check with an agent. Online a lot of sites have increased rates knowing that people have it drilled in there head "Online cheaper".

Find a good agent and they will find you a good price for your dates, destination, etc. However this is based off advance purchase as well as availability.
