I want to go to mexico but don’t want to spend alot of money. What is a good website to find cheap flights. We want to leave in January. So please help me

Go to "SellOffVacations" You can check out the dates and the prices. It will also show you pictures of the hotel and tell you how many "stars" they are rated. I wouldn’t take less than a 4* or it might be a bit of a dump.

Everyone I know gets good deals when traveling but I always over pay on flights, hotels, and even rental cars. How and Where can I find a good deal online for travelling to any tropical destination? Thanks!

It seems that all the travel websites work in this fashion: Choose your product (i.e. flight, flight & hotel, hotel only); Choose your dates; Choose your departure city; Choose your DESITNATION….they then show you all the flight and hotel options for that one destination.

Are there any sites out there that let you type in the dates you are looking to take a vacation?…then they offer suggestions and pricing on various destinations throughout the us/world? I have done lots of travel and am not really "picky" about a certain destination, rather would like to explore various options without having to type in a different destination every time I do a search. Thanks in advance for your answers!

Holiday traveling can be full of stress. I got on a flight from London Stanstead to Kuala Lumpur International Airport recently, on my way to spending time in Sarawak, Malaysia and I came across what was a very interesting article about the first Prime Minister of Malaysia. The article focuses upon “Tunku” as he was titled in Malaysia, and his time spent in Cambridgeshire, England.

The article writer – Mansor Puteh – said when he interviewed the Prime Minister many years ago, his eyes would fill with tears on his recollection of the time spent at St Catherine’s College, Cambridge. Mansor Puteh is related to Tunku through is elder sister – Rokiah binti Puteh – being married to him, so he had much time to spend with the Prime Minster.

This particular article relates the experience of Mansor and his nephew traveling to England to follow in the footsteps of Tunku. They arrived at Stanstead Airport (the same airport I left from) and proceeded to Cambridge to begin the “journey”. Tunku spent his time at St Catherine’s College, Cambridge so Mansor visited one of his lodgings in Grange Road near to the college.

Apparently however, Tunku was not allowed to remain on campus at St Catherine’s College for a whole term because back in the year’19 when he was there, it was highly unusual for a Malayan to be a student of Cambridge because they “did not look like British students” so it was preferred they were to live off campus.

The Sultan of Kedah (Tunku’s father) invited the British advisor to Malaya (I think this would be similar or the same as an Ambassador) to communicate with the Dean of university that Tunku should have a place and of course the Dean – once he realized that Tunku was a prince, fully agreed. By this time though Tunku had become adapted to living life off-campus and so turned the offer down.

Tunku died at the age of 87 in’90. The author of the article – Mansor Puteh, is a reputed Malaysian film maker and writer. He is at the moment working on a film entitled Malaysian Snow which focuses on the lives of a few Malaysian students studying in the UK. Considerations involving locating San Diego hotel rooms easily and efficiently often arise when the time has come to visit the town that bills itself as “America’s Finest City.” When looking at the location of the city and all of the attractions it offers, it’s easy to see why San Diego is often looked at as a particularly beautiful area of beauty and vibrancy in California.

San Diego is actually more than just the city proper, though. Its influence extend to the southern border with Mexico, the northern border with San Clemente and Orange County (home of Los Angeles), east, past Riverside and San Bernardino and slightly west, across the San Diego Bay to fabulous Coronado, home of the luxurious Hotel Del Coronado. It is very luxurious, though pricey, and it is located right across the San Diego Bay in Coronado. It’s also only a mile or so from the Navy SEAL training course at the amphibious base.

There are a range of very nice hotel rooms that can be found in the city’s harbor area or close to Balboa Park. The park also contains the San Diego Zoo, which is world-famous for the quality of its facilities. There are also plenty of hotels near the Pacific Coast Highway and in the downtown area. The highway runs hundreds of miles up north, and a hotel near the highway can make sense.

In general, San Diego hotel rooms are also those rooms that may be available and which are in other towns and communities that surround the city, such as in Del Mar and Carlsbad, which are just up the interstate to the north of the city. There are certainly more than a few expensive hotels in those two towns, in addition to the beautiful horse racing facilities found over in Del Mar.

Outside San Diego just to the north and west are the communities of Miramar and Kearny Mesa. Miramar, at one time, hosted the Miramar Naval Air Station, once the home of the U. S. Navy’s Top Gun fighter pilot combat training school, made famous in the’86 movie starring Tom Cruise. From this area, just had east over to beautiful La Jolla, a somewhat rich enclave on the coast that is part of San Diego.

It really doesn’t matter where in and around the city the need for San Diego hotel rooms will be required, for it’s a certainty that the very nice hotel of charm and character can be found as well as the rooms that the hotel will be offering. Some of these hotels are very pricey such as the one in Coronado while others are more of a national hotel chain style. Go online and check for availability.
